Reservation System Down Time

As a reminder, the Walt Disney Reservation Center will be completely down from 5:00pm ET until the next morning on the following dates:

  • November 16
  • November 30
  • December 14

Below is a list to help you know when you must make your FINAL payment by, if your due date falls during one of the outages:

  • Due Nov 16 or 17 – Submit payment no later than 9:00pm ET on November 15
  • Due Nov 30 or Dec 1 – Submit payment no later than 9:00pm ET on November 29
  • Due Dec 14 or 15 – Submit payment no later than 9:00pm ET on December 13

Disney will not accept late payments due to the system outage, and will thus cancel your reservation for non-paymet.

During the outages, guests will not be able to do the following things:

  • Make, Change or Access WDW or Disneyland Reservations
  • Apply payments
  • Make, Change or Access Recreation Reservations
  • Make, Change or Access Dining Reservations
  • Make, Change or Access Dinner Show Reservations

Guests checking-in during an outage should experience no issues, but they are strongly encouraged to take print-outs of all of their hotel and dining reservation confirmations. Restaurants will not be able to access the computer system during these outages, and will be relying on print-outs.
